Refund Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. Please review our refund and cancellation policy for in-person services below.

Service refunds
All in-person services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit.
No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by us or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

Weather and delays
In cases of bad weather or other unavoidable delays, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
